Asst. Prof. Duygu Salman Öztürk from our faculty participated in a meeting held by the Sürdürülebilirlik Adımları Derneği with the support of UNDP Türkiye and Zorlu Holding. Within the scope of the event, which brought together social entrepreneurs, academicians, non-governmental organizations, private sector, and public institution, the panelists discussed “Diversity and Inclusion in the Business World” with a focus on “Reducing Inequalities” at the 24th Meeting for Solutions to Problems.
The moderator of the session was Mustafa Ali Yurdupak of UNDP Türkiye. Aysun Sayın, Chief People, Culture, Sustainability Officer at WPP Turkey; Banu Kokoz, Group Employee Relations & Human Rights Manager at Coca-Cola CCI; Duygu Salman Öztürk , Asst. Professor of Organizational Behavior at Boğaziçi University; and Zelal Yalçın, Social Policies Office Coordinator Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality were the speakers.
