On the 7th of April, Dr. Burçin Kalabay Hatipoğlu and Prof. Dr. Kıvanç İnelmen will be presenting their recent research into “Sustainable consumption and production patterns fuelled by Slow Food’s Earth Markets” on sustainable consumption and production patterns at short food supply chains. The event is organized by The Heritage & Slow TourismLAB and will be part of the Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2021.
